Returns

How do I make a return?

To request a return please contact info@lagonclothing.com indicat-ing your name, order reference number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your email we will contact you to help you with the return process.

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return. We advise you to contact us as soon as possible to speed up the process.

When is it not possible to return an item?

Returns will not be accepted if the garments do not have the corre-sponding label, if there are stains, if they have been used or if they are damaged.

What items can I exchange?

At Lagon you can exchange the size of the same item. Remember that you will not be able to exchange the garment for a different one or for the same one in a different colour. We only accept size exchanges of the same garment (reference and colour). If you prefer a refund, you can request one.

What happens if an item arrives faulty?

Please detail the defects of the item in your email. Please note that we will ask for detailed photos of the defective parts.

Do I have to pay for the return?

We are sorry, but we do not yet cover return shipping costs. This is be-cause we are a small company and cannot afford to bear these costs. Once we receive your return at our logistics centre, Customer Services will contact you to confirm the refund within 14 days. This pe-riod may be longer during Christmas, sales and promotions such as Black Friday, etc. Refunds for returned items will be made in the same form of payment in which they were paid for. Shipping costs, gift wrapping or any other costs or services related to your order will not be refunded.

What if I paid in a different currency?

We always refund orders at their full cost in Euros. If you used a card with a different currency, the amount you receive may be less or more than what you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations. As we cannot predict or control these changes, we do not reimburse losses. The same applies to bank conversion fees.
